Zalakaros is situated in the south-western part of Hungary, 200 km far from both Budapest and Graz, 25 km far from Lake Balaton and Heviz.
The spa resort can be reached on motorway M7.

Hunguest Hotel Freya is situated in a well maintained green park, next to the baths in the centre of Zalakaros.
The building has a direct connection through an underground corridor with the Granit Thermal Baths, so the therapy section and the indoor pools can easily be approached, even in winter.

Short free time, many sights - 2012-02-09
Unfortunately I spent only few days in Budapest but I managed to see the most important sights of the city. I climbed the Castle Hill and Gellert Hill and took some photos at the foot of the Liberty Statue. I walked along the Margaret Island and had a pleasant dinner in the city centre, so I had a fantastic time in Budapest.
