Tisza Balneum Thermal Hotel - conference and wellness centre - is surrounded by a unique and beautiful natural environment, right on the shore of Lake Tisza in Tiszafüred.
The four-star hotel complex consists of a 3-storey main building with 50 guest rooms and 9 separate apartment-houses including 18 suites. All rooms of the hotel are non smoking.
Hotel Tisza Balneum room categories:
In the main building, where 43 double rooms and 7 suites are available, we can accommodate a total of 114 guests. There are connecting rooms among them so the hotel is a perfect accommodation solution for families and groups of friends.
The nine apartment houses with two floors allow guests to choose from a further 18 elegant, fully equipped suites.
Balneum Equipment of the rooms:
Most of the equipment and furniture in the rooms and suites are made from natural materials. The comfortable, custom-made wicker and wood furniture creates a cosy atmosphere all around the hotel.
All rooms and suites are air-conditioned and have a terrace or balcony and a bathroom (with bathtub or shower). The rooms are equipped with hair dryer, bathrobe, minibar, telephone, satellite TV, hotel TV and a safe deposit box.
Smoking is not allowed in our rooms, but we can set up a friendly smoking area on the terrace.
Tisza Balneum Thermal Hotel is easy to approach with wheel-chair too.
The rooms overlooking the lake or the park are 23-27 square metres, the suites in the main building are 40 square metres, while in the apartment houses are 84 square metres.

Superior rooms (22-27 square metres) have a terrace, are equipped with telephone, high-speed internet access, satellite TV, hotel TV, bathrobe, hairdryer, minibar and a safe deposit box. The rooms are air conditioned and have a bathroom (with bathtub or shower).
Tisza Balneum Junior Suite:
Junior Suites (43 square metres) have a terrace and comprise a living room with double sofa and a bedroom. These suites are air conditioned and have a bathroom with bathtub.
Junior Suites are equipped with telephone, high-speed internet access, satellite TV, Hotel TV, bathrobe, hairdryer, minibar and a safe deposit box.
Tiszafüred Spa – Wellness:
Tisza Balneum Thermal Hotel’s wellness center offers an open-air swimming pool, two covered pools, a jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, steam bath and a fitness room. In treatment salons you can enjoy body and facial treatments, special aroma baths and a variety of beauty therapies. All pools are filled with mineral rich water from the hotel’s own 44°C thermal spring.

Hotel Tisza Balneum Thermal and spa Wellness hotel conferences:
The two air conditioned conference rooms on the ground floor can accommodate conferences and other special events, trainings, balls and business meetings.
One room is for 200 and the other one is for further 120 guests. The restaurant caters for 150 guests and the terrace can seat further 150 people.
Acces:
Tisza Balneum Thermal Hotel is easily accessible by road. It is only one and a half hours by car from Budapest on the M3 motorway or Route 33, and Debrecen Airport is only 70 km away.
The geographical location of Tiszafüred means that our future guests will be spoiled for choice. Visitors will be able to explore the region’s most beautiful locations (Hortobágy, Eger, and Tokaj, for example) either on their own or by taking part in one of our organised trips.

Sights of Budapest - 2013-06-19
Budapest, lying on both banks of the Danube, is a city which offers many historical and cultural sights.
The two banks of the Danube from Margaret Island to Gellert Hill, the Buda Castle Quarter, the Andrássy út and its historical environment are all the part of the World Heritage.
Some of the outstanding buildings are the Opera House, the Ballet Institute and the Music Academy. Under the street there is the Millenium Underground Railway, which was the first on the continent. Andrássy út leads to Heroes’ Square. The statues of outstanding Hungarian rulers and leaders stand in the semicircular colonnade. On the two sides of the square there are the Museum of Fine Arts and the Art Gallery.
Short free time, many sights - 2013-06-19
Unfortunately I spent only few days in Budapest but I managed to see the most important sights of the city. I climbed the Castle Hill and Gellert Hill and took some photos at the foot of the Liberty Statue. I walked along the Margaret Island and had a pleasant dinner in the city centre, so I had a fantastic time in Budapest.
